How does the warranty work?

Warranty can vary on what part is failing, and what is causing the issue. Lets say for example a hall sensor error code comes up on the display, something that can commonly occur with e-bikes, we at speed e-bikes will supply a new hall sensor, you can either come down to us for replacement in west Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, or you can take it to your local repairer and we will cover cost if it is reasonable.

A faulty battery on the other hand, this is something non repairable, so this will be shipped back overseas in most cases, and a new one sent out.

PLEASE NOTE IF INSTALLATION QUALITY DOES NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS, WARRANTY MAY NOT BE CLAIMABLE.

All products are sourced from overseas, but we at speed E bikes are located in Melbourne,Victoria, Australia

How long is shipment?

All batteries are shipped via air shipment, which takes anywhere from 10-20 days, all kits are shipped via sea shipment, Which takes anywhere from 30-50 days, this can be swapped to air shipment at checkout which takes anywhere from 15-25 days for a $175 fee. This is standard freight costs used to ship to AUSTRALIA.

Shipment costs may vary depending on you location. You should go sus it out yourself at checkout.

Note: We at speed e-bikes do not control shipping lead times or logistics whatsoever. Delays may occur, also some customs problems, this has nothing to do with us. We simply provide the ETA we are provided to pass over to you.
